We want you to be fully satisfied with your DIVEVOLK SeaLink Transmitter; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is defective.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Return

    Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Pack Your Gear

    Securely pack the SeaLink Transmitter in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective cases are included.

  • 3.
    Ship to DIVEVOLK

    Affix the provided RMA label to your package and ship it via a tracked carrier to our designated processing center.

  • 4.
    Inspection & Refund

    Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
